Local youth are encouraged to engage in appropriate and respectful interactions that help build and enforce positive social skills and interpersonal relations skills that will support a successful social, academic, and professional attitude for life.

The variety of activities offered at The Cheboygan Youth Center allow each student to discover and develop new skills and interests in such arenas as sports, music, literature, and many many more areas!

The Cheboygan Youth Center is a Safe, Clean, Respectful environment for local youth to gather and enjoy activities as individuals and as groups.
When a child is at The Cheboygan Youth Center, a parent does not have to worry about his/her child's safety, because there are great volunteers looking out for the young patrons.
COMMUNITY

The Cheboygan Youth Center provides a stellar example of a thriving, supportive community through the demonstration of the power of volunteering, cooperation, and genuine concern for the well-being of others. Seeing these qualities in action on a regular basis in our community helps solidify that sense of unity and compassion in our local youth, encouraging them to be stand-up citizens as they grow into responsible young adults.

The problem-solving skills and group activities instilled in the Cheboygan Youth Center's core recreational pursuits encourage strong team-building skills including Leadership, Compromise, Creativity, and Trust.
